Yes this one is a good old trick we loved in our childhood. Making Dose special š
Yes, some call it
- Utappa
- Open
Mean it can be named anything. When you plan for Dose as bf and the batter will be left over. You tend to use that on same evening by adding morebatuffs into batter. Just to stop it or mask it from becoming sour.
What we had are the below stuffs in Dose batter
- Chopped Onions
- Cilantro
- Green Chili ( Chopped )
- Salt
And those who call thema s Utappa will also add, Tomatoes.
