A man was teaching his 10 year-old boy about trust in God, he asked him to look up with one eye and look down with the other but the boy replied, "Dad! You know that is not possible, I cannot look up and down at the same time". The man responded "Since you could not look up and down at the
same time, then if you must trust God for anything, it must be total trust. You cannot look up to God and man at the same time; if you think anyone can do it, do not bother to involve God".
God is your all time refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Some unpleasant situations in life might want you to doubt God and seek other alternatives,my friends are you oppressed by life's troubles? Are you in distress? God is the only one that can help you, men cannot do anything except permission is given by God. Shift your focus away from mortal men and look up to the one who is willing and able to help you at all times. Do not give room for other alternatives or options, trust completely in the God and he will surely come to your rescue you, like a proverb that says (two driver's can not be in control of a car at the same time) be focus and make God your option and not chariot or horse or men only God can do it and you will nor be put to shame
