Today, we're back in Moreau Alley in Montreal. This long wall was very popular with artists last year, especially with its location in a very active #StreetArt area, with the Legal Wall in Rouen and even the studio of the Tyxna project. This time, we're featuring lettering by Cast, Stak, Zek, Axe, Pease, and Legal.
Aujourd'hui, nous sommes de retour dans la ruelle Moreau à Montréal. Ce long mur a été très apprécié par les artistes l'année dernier. Surtout qu'il se situe dans un quartier très actif d'un point de vue de #StreetArt avec le Mur Légal de Rouen ou même l'atelier du projet Tyxna. Cette fois, il s'agit des lettrages de Cast, Stak, Zek, Axe, Pease et Legal.

This wall is located in Moreau Alley in Montreal. The first noteworthy Street Art pieces were created during the Breaking Wall movement a few years ago.

Cast & Stak & Zek
The alley Moreau begins with the lettering of Cast. The style is understated but well executed, with blue letters on a pink background. The result is pretty cool. / FR : La rue commence avec le lettrage de Cast. Le style est sage mais bien exécuté avec ces lettres bleues sur un fond rosé. Le résultat est bien sympathique.
Right after that is Stak, an artist and musician based in Montreal. It had been over 20 years since Zek these three artists had painted together for this JKR reunion.
Juste après il s'agit de Stak, artiste et musicien basé à Montréal. Cela faisait plus de 20 ans qu'avec Zek, ces trois artistes n'avaient pas peint ensemble pour cette réunion JKR.
It's cool that the artwork created during the Breaking Wall a few years ago is still there on the upper section. It was a superb Mexican-inspired wall. / FR : C'est cool que sur la partie haute les œuvres faites lors du Breaking Wall il y a quelques années sont encore là. C'était un superbe mur d'inspiration mexicaine.
Axe
Other artists came to participate in this meeting, such as Axe, a pioneering #StreetArt artist in Montreal. He likes this character with his tricycle.
D'autres artistes sont venus participer à cette réunion, comme Axe, artiste pionnier du #StreetArt à Montréal. Il aime bien ce personnage avec son triporteur.
Legal & Pease
The end of the wall is a superb collaboration between Legal and Pease. The two lettering styles surround a character from my childhood, one of the Beagle Boys, the famous bandits who regularly try to rob Scrooge McDuck's money. Good memories...
La fin du mur est une superbe collaboration de Legal et Pease. Les deux lettrages entourent un personnage de mon enfance avec Pat Hibulaire, un des Rapetou (Beagle Boys en anglais), les célèbres bandits qui tentent régulièrement de dévaliser le coffre-fort de Picsou.
