Yes I do love making and eating pizza so I decided to dive in again and using a slightly modified recipe for the crust found here on my blog, I ended up making 2 smaller onesπ€€π€€

I decided to put only 250g of all purpose wheat flour instead of 280g. Everything else was identical except the toppings (didn't have anything but parmesan so parmesan it wasπ), plus olives this time. Instead of baking it in the frying pan (I haven't yet bought the pizza pan lol), so I baked it in a pie pan which was perfect! So crust= 250g of all purpose wheat flour mixed with garlic salt and oregeno. 15g or 1.5 teaspoons of yeast delayed in 15ml of warm water and a teaspoon of sugar or honey (set this aside). Kneed in half of the yeast, then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then complete with the rest of the yeast. Form a ball which should no longer stick to your hands. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes while you're cutting up toppings. Roll out on a floured cutting board then dress with sauce and toppings (I used fresh tomato, onions, red bell pepper, mushrooms, cilantro, black olives, then topped with parmesan)π€©
Heat up the oven to 210Β°C or 410Β°F for ten minutes, then pop them in (I had to do one at a time)π Here is the second one without the flash.
Never thought that pizza with just parmesan and no mozzarella nor grated Swiss cheese could be so damned goodπππ€€π€€π€€ππ
