Aunque a veces te engaña
¿COMPLEJO, NO?
Me encanta escribir y me extendí mucho.

IN ENGLISH
Hello, dear hivers I hope you are doing very well. I have days without posting and yet I have been reading many posts from brilliant people. That's why I stumbled upon the reflection on love by who is
of #humanitas, a response to the initiative that invites us to talk about love.
If you are interested in joining this initiative I will leave you the link here: [ENG-ESP] Let's reflect on love (2nd Initiative)
WHAT IS LOVE?
"Love is a magic, a simple fantasy, it's like a dream and at last I found it "...I quote Tito el Bambino's song, which became very popular when I finished high school (2010). I bumped into this lyric many times and it created in me rancor -sorry to those who like it- I know it in its entirety and not for pleasure, but for hours and hours of involuntary reproduction to me.
It hurt me to hear colleagues saying: "this is philosophy of life". And I don't say this to offend, but because I thought that what that catchy lyric said should be carefully analyzed, because-whether we like it or not-through music ideals and concepts are exposed. But if I go on talking about music, I will go far away.
The truth is that I consider that love is a ground wire that not all of us enjoy or know. Love can vary, it has tonalities and shades.
Love blinds you
Though sometimes it deceives you
Love is purity
If you love someone you love
Love traps you
And from it you'll never escape
You just have to learn to love, love.
-Suma Tito el Bambino in a verse of the song-Source
Have you heard the phrase Platonic Love?---> Love is found in the world of ideas, where perfection and beauty are attainable.
COMPLEX, ISN'T IT?
As crazy as it may seem, and not to extend too much, I met love without realizing it.
"Love makes you a better person"
I believe it emphatically, I know it sounds very modernist, but I believe that we are individual beings who walk together.
FUENTE
And if I were to try to conceptualize it, it would go something like this: "Love is like the waves, constant in variability but present". (For the record, there is a sea without waves, it is also valid. As sad as it sounds, there are people who do not get to know love or at least not romance, love has many forms, like the waves, you know?)
Love has saved me many times, that affection born between two or more people that always tries to get the best out of the other is what I call love. Love has had to fight with material problems, of our body, of our life: economy, health, mental state, communication... and still it succeeds.
LOVE AND COMMUNICATION
I have already made it clear that I fully believe and trust in the existence of love, but that does not change my perception that love must be effectively communicated. I have lived it, and I continue to witness people who love each other but do not know how to communicate, they get lost. And love is transformed. I am one of those romantics who believe that love does not disappear but transforms for better or for worse.
Is love reciprocal?
Love is fragile and strong at the same time.
To conclude, I firmly believe in the strength of love and by this I mean not giving up at the first time. Because I am a master in stubbornness. In fact, I have a love story (no romance) with the one I thought was my brother, I adore him as if he were one. And I always believe that the time will come when he won't hurt me, when he will be the same, and we will laugh together and hug again. But it hasn't happened, he has hurt me so much. And although I love him in memory, love has already changed. Because love is fragile and must be taken care of. I have almost 7 years of relationship with my life partner. It has been completely crazy in a good way, we have learned a lot together and we continue to do so because it is part of the process. Just because there is love doesn't mean everything will be okay. Remember it's not a glue that makes everything right, if we break ourselves or each other. Everything will change.
Friends, this has been all. I love to write and I went on too long. I apologize and forgive myself for not finding quotes to accompany my arguments, the truth is that I haven't read for a long time and even though I am a woman I haven't kept in my memory memorable quotes from authors about love. But if you want a romantic recommendation for these dates it would be: Octavio Paz.
"To reinvent love, you have to invent man anew."
