Hola, queridos hivers espero que se encuentren muy bien. Tengo días sin publicar y sin embargo he estado leyendo muchos post de gente brillante. Es por eso que me topé con la reflexión sobre el amor de Hive account@eudemo quien es Hive account@filoriologo de #humanitas, una respuesta a la iniciativa que nos invita a hablar del amor.

¿QUÉ ES EL AMOR?

"El amor es una magia, una simple fantasía, es como un sueño y al fin lo encontré"...cito la canción de Tito el Bambino, que se hizo muy popular terminando la secundaria (2010). Choqué con esta letra muchas veces y creó en mí rencor -sorry a quien le guste- me la sé completa y no por gusto, sino por horas y horas de reproducción involuntaria a mí.
Me perjudicaba escuchar a compañeros diciendo: "esto es filosofía de vida". Y no lo digo por ofender, sino porque pensé que debía analizarse con detenimiento lo que decía esa letra tan pegadiza, porque-querramos o no- a través de la música se exponen ideales y conceptos. Pero si sigo hablando de música, me iré lejos.

Lo cierto es que considero que el amor es un cable a tierra que no todos gozamos ni conocemos. El amor puede variar, tiene tonalidades y matices.

E intento comprender cómo la sociedad nos ha vendido el cuento de que el amor es una "ilusión", es "soportar" es "ciego" (aunque esto último puede rebatirse). En una clase de Filosofía en la Universidad mi profesora nos contó la posición platónica sobre el amor y la vida. Platón creía en la dualidad: materia y divinidad. Se hablaba mucho de los sueños y el alma. Y según mi profesora, Platón cería que no podríamos tener amor del todo porque acceder a él era algo irreal, o inmaterial y puesto que somos muy materiales, solo podríamos gozar de una parte. De ahí que en el sueño -la vida real, según nos explicó ella-sí podíamos tocar el amor. Ya que es un ideal. Esta tesis se correspondería con la cultura que imparte que el amor es idealizable.

¿Han escuchado la frase Amor Platónico? ---> El amor se encuentra en el mundo de las ideas, donde la perfección y belleza son alcanzables.

¿COMPLEJO, NO?

Pese a que Platón fue un gran pensador e ilustre filósofo. Siento que se han interpretado de diferentes formas sus ideas, tanto que han perdido esencia. Y respecto al tema del amor me queda más que claro que no es algo sencillo de explicar. Para el 2010 yo sí pensé que el amor era algo irreal, que la gente se enganchaba con personas que nada que ver. Veía a una amiga llorando desconsolada por un amor no correspondido y no lo pude entender. Yo era muy práctica, me gustaba alguien y buscaba la manera de que lo supiera, sin esos jueguitos: "no sé si yo le gusto". Pensaba que si no le gustaba, simplemente eso no era y ya. Por loco que parezca, y para no extenderme mucho, conocí el amor sin darme cuenta.

Lo creo rotundamente, sé que suena muy modernista, pero creo que somos seres individuales que caminan acompañados.

Y si intentara conceptualizarlo sería algo así: "El amor es como las olas, constante en variabilidad pero presente". (Que conste que hay mar sin oleaje, también es válido. Por triste que suene, hay personas que no llegan a conocer el amor o al menos no el romance, el amor tiene muchas formas, como el oleaje ¿se entiende?). El amor me ha salvado muchísimas veces, ese afecto nacido entre dos o más personas que siempre intenta sacar lo mejor del otro es lo que yo llamo amor. El amor ha tenido que luchar con problemas materiales, de nuestro cuerpo, de nuestra vida: economía, salud, estado mental, comunicación... y aun así lo consigue.

EL AMOR Y LA COMUNICACIÓN

Ya dejé claro que creo y confío plenamenta en la existencia del amor eso no cambia mi percepción de que el amor debe ser efectivamente comunicado. Lo he vivido, y sigo siendo testigo de personas que se aman pero no saben comunicarse, se pierden. Y el amor se transforma. Yo soy de esas románticas que cree que el amor no desaparece sino que se transforma para bien o para mal.

No. Debe encontrar un equilibrio. Pero no es recíproco, porque nada lo es, ni siquiera la comunicación. La igualdad está sobrevalorada -ja, ja, ja-. Es joda, pero quizás sea cierto. Veamos un ejemplo: Un salón de clases, 15 estudiantes; 10 aprueban, 5 no. ¿Es culpa de quién? Otro caso, 3 hijos, "misma educación", mismos padres, "misma vida", un hijo cae en las drogas. ¿Es culpa de quién?...sé que hay diversos factores que afectarían las relaciones. Pero a lo que voy es que, la forma en la que recibimos y damos no va a ser igual al de nuestra pareja. ¡Ni siquiera siendo hermanos! La mujer tiene características innatas. El hombre también. Sea heterogéneo u homogéneo el amor, van a tener formas de dar y recibir diferentes. Y deben encontrar un equilibrio o hacer acuerdos para no afectarse.

El amor es frágil y fuerte al mismo tiempo

Para finalizar, creo firmemente en la fuerza del amor y con esto me refiero en no abandonar a la primera. Porque soy una master en terquedad. De hecho, tengo una historia de amor (nada de romance) con quien creí era mi hermano, lo adoro como si fuese uno. Y siempre creo que llegará el momento en que no me hará daño, en que será el mismo, y volveremos a reírnos juntos y a abrazarnos. Pero no ha sucedido, me ha lastimado muchísimo. Y aunque lo quiero en el recuerdo, ya el amor cambió. Porque el amor es frágil y debe cuidarse. Yo tengo casi 7 años de relación con mi compañero de vida. Ha sido una completa locura en el buen sentido, hemos aprendido mucho juntos y seguimos haciéndolo porque es parte del proceso. No porque haya amor significa que todo estará bien. Recuerden que no es un pegamento que hace que todo se arregle, si nos rompemos a nosotros mismos o al otro. Todo cambiará.

Amigos, esto ha sido todo. Me encanta escribir y me extendí mucho. Me disculpo y me perdono por no encontrar citas que acompañaran mis argumentos, la verdad tengo tiempo sin leer y aunque soy mujer no he guardado en mi memoria citas memorables de autores sobre el amor. WHAT IS LOVE?

In a philosophy class in college my professor told us about the Platonic position on love and life. Plato believed in duality: matter and divinity. There was a lot of talk about dreams and the soul. In 2010 I thought that love was something unreal, that people hooked up with people who had nothing to do with it. I saw a friend crying heartbroken over an unrequited love and I couldn't understand it. I was very practical, I liked someone and I looked for a way to let her know, without those little games: "I don't know if she likes me". I thought that if he didn't like me, that was just not it and that was it.

As crazy as it may seem, and not to extend too much, I met love without realizing it.
