Hola comunidad de Hive es un placer estar con ustedes en esta comunidad que me ha abierto las puertas a una nueva faceta de mi vida, es por eso que hoy me uno al reto titulado El valor de la diversidad cultural es por eso que daré respuestas a las preguntas que fueron generadas, también hablare un poco sobre mi perspectiva acerca de este tema.
La diversidad cultural es diferente en cada parte del mundo, en los diferentes niveles sociales, quizás lo que para alguien es algo bueno, para otros no se comparte, es por eso que muchas veces tenemos diferencia en los pensamientos de las personas, la diversidad se ha hecho a un lado desde hace algunos años, cuando muchas personas se han tenido que desplazar a otros lugares y por ende tomar otra postura, religión, gastronomía, cultura y bailes, todo esto para tener una mejor adaptación al lugar, eso envuelve la diversidad, es la forma de un mundo diverso para cada ser humano que se va a un nuevo lugar. Para esta iniciativa nos piden hablar sobre El valor de la diversidad cultural, aquí les voy a presentar parte de mis pensamientos y reflexión acerca del tema.

Hello Hive community it is a pleasure to be with you in this community that has opened the doors to a new facet of my life, that is why today I join the challenge entitled Being Human, Being a Migrant that is why I will give answers to the questions that were generated, I will also talk a little about my perspective on this issue.
Cultural diversity is different in every part of the world, in the different social levels, maybe what for someone is something good, for others is not shared, that is why many times we have difference in people's thoughts, diversity has been set aside for some years, when many people have had to move to other places and therefore take another position, religion, gastronomy, culture and dances, all this to have a better adaptation to the place, that involves diversity, is the form of a diverse world for every human being who goes to a new place. For this initiative we are asked to talk about The value of cultural diversity, here I am going to present part of my thoughts and reflection on the subject.
¿Cuáles son las ventajas que consideras posee la interacción entre las diferentes culturas en función del desarrollo social?

Son muchas las ventajas que considero son importante con las diferentes culturas, estas toman un ritmo social ideal, es decir al mezclar las culturas se hace un choque que quizás al inicio lo vemos engorroso, pero que después nos damos cuenta que es bastante sano tenerlo así, porque nos damos cuenta que estamos mezclando ideales diferentes para hacer algo mejor para el mundo y la relaciones sociales ya que sabemos que esto se mueve a un ritmo descomunal. Con todo esto les puedo decir que en relación con el tema pasado, tiene mucho en común ya que al trasladarnos a otros lugares, nos encontramos con cosas diferentes, un país con una cultura diferente a la nuestra, una gastronomía ni parecido a estas raíces, en algunos momentos nos llegamos adaptar, pero en otro no, pero lo mejor de todo es poder acoplar estos ideales para crecer en diversidad cultural, es muy bonito poder imitar la cultura de otros a través de las personas que han tenido el privilegio de salir a explorar el mundo.
Entre tantas cosas que hemos escuchado de toda esta migración, hay algo importante que hemos podido rescatar, es precisamente esa diversidad de cultura, a pesar de llegar con cosas nuestras de nuestro país, llegamos a otros para adaptarnos, pero finalmente ellos quedando adoptando lo nuestro, para la muestra tenemos nuestros platillos navideños, es decir que la hallaca ha viajado mucho alrededor del mundo, ahora se ha considerado en la comida navideña de mucho de estos países hermanos, también pasa con nuestro tambor venezolano, muchos son las personas de otros lugares tratando de aprender y sentir el sabor venezolano, es decir que estamos ligando nuestra cultura, para hacer de esto, un mundo mejor sin distinción de raza, cultura, situación social y religión, la mayor ventaja que podemos sacar es la unión entre hermanos disfrutando al compas de una cultura hermosa, compartiendo de todo un poco de cada país.
There are many advantages that I consider are important with different cultures, these take an ideal social rhythm, that is to say when mixing cultures there is a clash that perhaps at the beginning we see it cumbersome, but then we realize that it is quite healthy to have it that way, because we realize that we are mixing different ideals to do something better for the world and social relations as we know that this moves at a huge pace. With all this I can tell you that in relation to the past topic, it has much in common because when we move to other places, we find different things, a country with a different culture to ours, a gastronomy or similar to these roots, in some moments we adapt, but not in others, but the best of all is to be able to couple these ideals to grow in cultural diversity, it is very nice to imitate the culture of others through people who have had the privilege of going out to explore the world.
Among so many things that we have heard of all this migration, there is something important that we have been able to rescue, is precisely that diversity of culture, despite arriving with our own things from our country, we came to others to adapt, but finally they are adopting ours, for the sample we have our Christmas dishes, ie the hallaca has traveled far around the world, now it has been considered in the Christmas food of many of these brother countries, It also happens with our Venezuelan drum, many are the people from other places trying to learn and feel the Venezuelan flavor, that is to say that we are linking our culture, to make this a better world without distinction of race, culture, social situation and religion, the biggest advantage that we can take is the union between brothers enjoying the compass of a beautiful culture, sharing a little of everything from each country.
¿Qué cosas consideras importantes a la hora de pensar en fomentar un ambiente inclusivo que promueva la integración de culturas entre si?

Podemos considerar muchos aspectos para poder tener un ambiente inclusivo, pero considero que uno de los primero es la educación de la diversidad social y cultural en el futuro de cada país, porque muchas veces nos olvidamos de los países hermanos sin saber que puede pasar mas adelante, también los niveles sociales afectan en gran parte esta inclusividad, porque muchos veces hasta nosotros mismos sin saberlo hacemos esa división, como tal es el caso en la escuela o universidad, en donde muchos se relaciona con el grupo de los populares y otros con grupos que viven su vida mas alegre, es decir en vez de incluir lo que hacemos es dividir, esto se debe a la educación que vamos recibiendo desde pequeños, también entra aquí el racismo aunque no queramos, muchos niños crecen sin pensar en eso, pero los padres impulsan con sus acciones y manera de corregir de otra manera a este tema, son muchos los factores que podemos abordar, pero al educación cultural es la primordial para mi.
Un ambiente inclusivo depende de todos nosotros, en la aceptación que tenemos con los seres humanos, en dar sin recibir, en disfrutar de la cultura de otros sin importar nada, pero nuestro mundo esta tan dañado a nivel social que esto se vuelve difícil cada vez mas; eso mismo pasa con la inclusión de los chicos de la comunidad que sienten su deseo sexual por otros (No se sus siglas), es decir entre ellos mismos, muchas veces este tema suena terrible de hablar, pero no tengo nada en contra de ellos, realmente para mi todos somos iguales, siempre y cuando no se metan conmigo todo estará bien, además tengo muchos amistades de ellos y son lo máximo. Debemos aprender a vivir en un mundo que cada vez mas esta cambiando y no lo podemos tener, muchos dicen que la televisión y la tecnología son los que hacen esto, pero considero que va en la educación en casa y su preferencia, son temas que no quiero profundizar, porque es delicado, pero sinceramente para tener un mundo inclusivo debemos aprender aceptar todos por igual.
We can consider many aspects to be able to have an inclusive environment, but I consider that one of the first is the education of social and cultural diversity in the future of each country, because many times we forget about the brother countries without knowing what can happen later, also the social levels affect in great part this inclusiveness, because many times even we ourselves without knowing it we make that division, as such is the case in school or university, This is due to the education that we are receiving since we are small, racism also enters here although we do not want to, many children grow up without thinking about it, but the parents push with their actions and way of correcting in another way to this topic, there are many factors that we can address, but the cultural education is the most important for me.
An inclusive environment depends on all of us, in the acceptance we have with human beings, in giving without receiving, in enjoying the culture of others no matter what, but our world is so damaged on a social level that this is becoming more and more difficult; The same thing happens with the inclusion of the boys of the community who feel their sexual desire for others (I don't know their acronyms), that is to say among themselves, many times this topic sounds terrible to talk about, but I have nothing against them, really for me we are all equal, as long as they don't mess with me everything will be fine, besides I have many friends of them and they are the best. We must learn to live in a world that is changing more and more and we can not have it, many say that television and technology are the ones that do this, but I think it goes in the education at home and their preference, are issues that I do not want to deepen, because it is delicate, but sincerely to have an inclusive world we must learn to accept everyone equally.

¿En tu país, ciudad, región o localidad donde resides has apreciado algún caso concreto donde la diversidad cultural sea evidente y que esto haya sido un impulso de algún modo en determinado ámbito de la sociedad? Sinceramente si, principalmente en la escuela de mi hijo donde hace un tiempo mandaron hablar sobre personajes culturales de otros países, esto para logar la inclusión, también cuando se celebro el día internacional del síndrome de Down, en donde a todos los niños les dieron una charla acerca de este tema, igualmente tuvieron la visita de muchos amigos con esta condición, es decir para que ellos supieran que son de esta sociedad y se pueden adaptar al igual que ellos, en otra oportunidad cuando se celebro el día del niño autista, todo tenían que ir con una media de color diferente, en honor a ellos. Muchos son las cosas que han hecho en la escuela que me llama mucho la atención, la inclusión que tiene ellos con estos niños tan pequeños, es cuando aquí puedo coincidir que todo va en la educación que van recibiendo nuestros niños, son cosas que en casa quizás no se les habla, pero la escuela fomenta esa educación.
La diversidad cultural no solo va en la cultura, también en la gastronomía y hasta nuestro acento, son muchas cosas que envuelven este tema tan grande de debatir, espero lo hayan disfrutado, esto es lo que mi percepción pudo deducir, si consideras que hay algo diferente me lo hagas saber en los comentarios. Sincerely yes, mainly in my son's school where some time ago they had to talk about cultural characters from other countries, this to achieve inclusion, also when the international day of Down syndrome was celebrated, where all the children were given a talk about this topic, they also had the visit of many friends with this condition, so that they know that they are from this society and can adapt just like them, another time when the day of the autistic child was celebrated, everything had to go with a different colored sock, in honor of them. Many are the things that have been done in the school that call my attention, the inclusion that they have with these very young children, is when here I can agree that everything goes in the education that our children receive, they are things that at home perhaps are not spoken to them, but the school encourages that education.
