Today I decided to share yet another podcast episode, once again with my friend Clare - .
At first, I had planned to reply to her message and add both our views, but I felt that it might distract from her message and, in all honesty, there's just so much goodness in there that I didn't even know where to start :<)
Clare has such a relaxing voice and energy around her, that I tend to start day dreaming, while listening to her ( podcast )
although that might also have to do with my easily distracted, hypercreative brain that is cooking in the Portuguese Summer heat, these days
Once I manage to focus, I realize how important and powerful her message is.
I also love how she interweaves her personal stories into it all.
You gotta love personal stories!
I sure do.
In her recording, Clare talks about the rat rate, the system, life force, infinite choice and possibility, different ways of "work" and actual "living". She also mentions childhood indoctrination, guilt and the feeling that you need to prove yourself and touches on freedom, art, integrating life and work and so much more...
Whenever I listen to her, there's so many things that I can relate to ( and not just because I am a must-be-creative, who broke free from the system.
I just wish that more people would really listen to people like her ( and me )...
This is your chance! ;<)
I hereby invite you to listen to the 25th - and most recent - episode of my podcast, starring Clare:

The amazing image above this post was taken by Clare's friend Vittorio. Clare shared it with me, as we tend to share little moments of celebration and beauty with each other, and I felt that it captured 'balance' and enjoying life beautifully and asked her if I could use it for the podcast episode. I couldn't help myself from using it in this post too ;<)
