Life seems too busy lately. I wonder, is this really what an adult feels? So busy and can barely have time for himself or herself.
Ahhhh...my life lately has been so chaotic. You see, I haven't published blogs for several days. I had to collect my thoughts bit by bit just to have another blog. Most of all, I haven't done exercise or had a good run lately due to hectic schedules. I miss the adrenaline. I miss the fast heartbeat. I miss the mental struggle of whether to stop or keep going. I miss the sweat of a gain.
Gladly, after many days of not going to the gym, I finally visited the gym yesterday. It is a YEYYYY! Finally! Finally! Finally! It is heaven.
My body may not be the toned gym-girlie but I believe that I am getting there. I know that all I need is consistency, resilience, and mental stability.
Look at that! HAHA. I would like also to thank this man for encouraging me always to stay fit and do my best to be better everyday.
He is always that person that will encourage you to be the best version of yourself. He always had that mantra that staying fit is good for both physical and mental health. Although it can be challenging to make time for the gym when life gets busy. However, finding even a few minutes a day to focus on fitness can make a big difference. With the right mindset and a simple routine even the busiest person can stay active and healthy. Hence, after many days of being busy, I was able to make time for gym.
I am happy. I am energized. I am becoming healthy again.
