On Saturday I managed to join another hot yoga class even though I didn't really feel like it. I was glad that I did though as it was a good one. I did eat a bit too much once again which made my weight so far this week stagnate. However, the plan from here on out is to to a weekly 40+ Hour water fasting period including 2 Nights and 1 day ending that with a long walk which should help the cause to get me back below 65kg.
I ended up doing a respectable 7970 steps on the day reaching a total of 91604 steps on the week so far leaving me with around 8500 to go on Sunday.
