Hi, Lifestyle Community! I updated an artwork in my journal: flower paper cutouts with my kids. Last December, I had a bonding with my kids which was drawing flowers with them on a whiteboard and paper.
Instead of throwing it in the trash, I kept it and attached all the flower sketches to my journal.
I added photos of my kids by the time they wanted a photo of the flowers I was sketching for them. The photos were printed using a thermal printer.
I added some stickers, too, for decoration. Also printed on a thermal printer.
This is the final output. You may call it boring but it is just minimalist.
I am really happy with my flower sketches. Recently, I've been training myself on how to draw flowers. It was just life-changing because I dislike to draw realistically and most of my drawings were Japanese anime.
By the way, I also created another Instagram account where I can showcase myself as a frustrated artist, thus the account @artsyfoxyroxy. Hahaha!
