Whether it’s a sweaty Hot Power flow or a gentle Yin session, the mental clarity afterward is undeniable.
Diet & Mental Health
What you eat affects how you feel—both physically and emotionally. Nutrient-dense foods like leafy greens, whole grains, nuts, and fermented foods support brain health and reduce inflammation. Sugar crashes and ultra-processed foods can trigger mood swings, while a balanced, mindful diet nourishes your nervous system. Simply put: food is fuel for your mind too.
