Hello everyone! How are you doing? I just hope that everyone is going well despite of the universal crisis that we are facing. And I hope that we can cope no matter how hard the situation is.
For us, one way of our coping mechanism is to go out and jog! Yes we do jogging sometimes with friends and cousins. But lately we do it frequently, maybe we’re training to not grab a vehicle since the price of gasoline is so high! Even the prices of goods are now changing from affordable to can't afford anymore.
Anyway, as I am saying we went jogging by 5:30 PM at the oval here in our province.
Here is my strava record.
We enjoyed jogging since I could see a lot of joggers who are also motivated to do their exercises and their target goals, one time I was jogging and there was this guy beside me who jogs slowly... I wanted to go over pass him so I tried running fast just to go first than him, but he’s also competitive!
I was just happy if I overpassed those joggers because i felt so satisfied haha.
Of course, we felt so tired running and laughing at the field. That's why we sat down and had a water break.
My sister told me that she saw my ex classmate but I couldn't see where he was. But eventually, I noticed that they were also jogging.
I really love the view here, I love the cool breeze when the night is waving. I love coming here, just to take a break, to meditate, and just to feel the vibes here.
There's a lot of people coming here to jog, do their daily exercises like brisk walking, stretching, and many more cardio-exercises.
I was with my sister and my boys cousins that's why my jog is full of fun!
And yes we’ve done jogging by 6:30, we rest, and prepared to walk again to go home. We took pictures first before going home. And while we were out of the oval, we saw a store with street foods so we ordered something to eat before going home.
I will just share the photos below.
Anyway, thank you for reading this blog. I enjoyed writing it and of course I feel productive today because I've done 1 blog!
Have a good day everyone, have a healthy heart, mind, and body!
