Hi sis..thanks for your blog.. in someway this can help also to our fellow hivers and be aware about that kind of disease...it's time to change lifestyle and habits that not good..I'm also guilty of this--stress,eating unhealthy foods most especially when rushing going thru work, and even sleeping only for a few hours,but reading your blog some what made me realized that I have to change my lifestyle--not tomorrow but I must start today--now..
