I am no cook for sure but when I became a mom, I promised myself to at least level up my cooking skill little by little so I can prepare nutritious food for my LO.
In line with Nutrition Month, I'd be happy to share a few recipes or food I prepared for my LO when she was less than a year old. She was around 8 to 10 months when I started preparing her food. I did the BLW method too.

The main and most important ingredient is happiness. Sounds corny but it's true and some of you may agree. Imagine spending time and effort preparing something nutritious for your loved ones, for sure they will definitely taste the happiness in the food that you prepared, and will make them happy too!
