Decision-making can always change people's lives. What you decide is what makes you as a person.
Before and I finalized the date of our avevah in SM, I babbled that the shoes (not branded) I bought a month ago at a specific mall in Bogo City already gave up; it was markdown that time, so I grabbed the opportunity to buy a pair, but after a month of everyday usage, I can't use it anymore. Then we shared thoughts that sometimes buying the cheapest would mean buying one after another the soonest; with that brainstorming, we decided to go to the mall in the city since it is one of the most convenient places we want to go, especially if we have some stuff to buy.
Prepping for the Next Mall
My sister and her family arrived at SM City Cebu without lunch, so they had it at the food court on the ground floor. After this, we decided to transfer to another branch, SM Seaside. That mall is more enormous compared to SM Mabolo.
My nephews and niece stopped by when they noticed Hannah's Cake Decors. I remember my daughter likes balloons as well.
Then there's this cute cat. Oh, I love cats, but I don't want to adopt one. Why? All of my pet cats died. Most of them got into an accident because we live along the road where big trucks and other vehicles pass. I did not want to put them in a cage; it seems they don't have the freedom to roam around. Anyway, let's move on.
Here We Come
At last, we're here at SM Seaside. The mountains and the houses on it made me want to go there. I remember Baguio City, where houses; were built at the top of the mountains. I haven't been there, but my husband shared it with me when I let him see the photo. Aside from this refreshing view, this mall has a vast parking lot where many vehicles can comfortably stay. Before I forget my purpose and why I'm here, I divert myself from locating the right brand to buy shoes.
After almost an hour of walking around the mall, finally, we're here at Women's Shoes, found at the Department Store. These beautiful shoes are vitamins to my eyes. Of course, we have some considerations in buying a pair of shoes. Since my purpose is for school, I prefer dark colors, specifically black.
Choosing what's best for my feet and skin tone is tough. I am very selective when it comes to what kind and style I am going to wear. Honestly, I did not have much money to buy the most expensive ones, but at least I could choose a quality better than the one I got from the other mall. Which brand? The brand that I liked ever since I wasn't married is Gibi. The price ranges from Php 1000.00 ($18.33) to Php 5000.00 ($91.63). Trust me, my husband's Gibi shoes were unusable only after 4 years of everyday use. I was hoping they were on markdown. Suppose you want to buy branded things, and save a bit, choose an orange tag. Even for clothes, I am good at searching their boutiques and other branches that are on sale or markdown.
We were not that lucky because they were not on markdown. Still, I bought a pair to use during graduation, and for the incoming class cost Php 1299.72 ($23.82). Like, you don't need to pay a high price if there are markdowns. The shoes I had bought before was only usable for a month or two. Compared to branded shoes can be used for more than a year.
Black was out of stock. The only colors available were green and white. So, I chose Green Doll Shoes.
Contemplation
Choosing what's best for yourself is rigid. So many balances and considerations you have to take. It took me almost an hour of canvassing the price, the color, and the design. In the end, I did not regret for I had done the best for me and put a smile on my face.
