Every person dreams of getting married to the person they love the most. And when that moment finally arrives, of course there are lots of preparations and planning to make. Despite the little stresses, to enjoy every single thing of the prepping is a must.
Grateful to God for giving me this opportunity of turning one of my dreams to reality, and that is to marry the right person at the right place and time.
Of course a well organized planning and preparation should be set and I'm glad that I'll be the one to do it in my own wedding which is one of my dreams as a teenage girl back then, so happy about that, plus my soon to be husband also has his share of inputs and ideas for our big day.
Things we have considered are those in the Temple located at Cebu City where we are sealed as a couple and next thing is that on our reception,so basically our big day happened for almost a week from July 26-29. Jul 27 is the wedding and the reception on the 29th.
I can say its not that easy to become a bride, stress will be there but anyway just enjoy and treasure every moment and yup its all worth it in the end..
STUFFs MY HUSBAND AND I PREPARED PRIOR TO OUR WEDDING DATE:
*INVITES - As much as we want to have it personalized, we decided to have an E-invites instead of printing them out(practical way) HAHA
special thanks to my friend for helping me with the layout design
WEDDING DRESS - I'm proud to say I designed my own gown and have it tailored by one of the best dress/gown maker in our former town, Carigara, Leyte.
My gown is just simple but elegant.
SOUVENIRS - Its a ref magnet we ordered online but we are the ones who did the finishing touch and picked the desired design.
WEDDING BAND - our wedding rings were Church made, meaning we purchased it from a member of our Church as well as we are Latter-day Saints. I had it personalized by having our initials engraved at the back of each rings. Its simply cute..
While the bouquet, shoes and my husband's suit and footwear were all purchased items from different stores/boutique
Apart from those above-mentioned ofcourse we personally prepared our documents needed for us to be married.
And finally the day we are anticipating arrives, July 27 at 2pm, my fiance and I were sealed as husband and wife for time and all eternity. Both our parents weren't able to come but some of our close friends residing in Cebu went there to witness our formal ceremony.
Feels like a dream but this is it, no longer a Ms but Mrs now.

(this is where we got married, located at Gorordo Avenue, Lahug City Cebu)
(we are so much grateful to these wonderful people for being our witnesses)
A whole lot of prepping we have successfully made, grateful to God for the smooth flow of everything.
Do you know that we are the ones who also organized that in our wedding reception? :D Catch up how weve done it in my next blog..
To those who got plans on getting married soon, have your bucketlist as well, it helps.
