Today I want to make an initiative for you, in commemoration of the World Physical Activity Day celebrated yesterday 06-04-21 with the slogan ¨A little goes a long way¨ with the clear objective of promoting movement in all ages and different environments to improve health.

When I entered HIVE I remember I told you that I was doing exercises together with a diet to control my weight. Well, let me tell you that I lost approximately 15 kilos. If it can be achieved with dedication and commitment, we can have a small action will be the foundation where you build being present from your soul, and then you can choose more complex actions. What I mean by this is that we can start with exercises like walking and then we can increase the intensity but always with the commitment to do it because we really want to improve our physical health. So let's leave sedentarism behind and get up!
