Nos gusto muchísimo el lugar ya que tiene 3 ambientes, puedes escoger clases dentro o al aire libre pues consta de un espacio techado donde puedes apuntarte los días que corresponde la clase y realizar tu wod allí. A parte de eso, tuvimos una clase de prueba que nos gusto muchísimo, la dinámica era muy parecida a la que utilizaban nuestros anteriores coach's en Venezuela y además que las personas fueron bastante amigables dándonos la bievenida.
Estoy muy emocionada de haber retomado este deporte y espero poder mejorar mi condición fisica ya que ultimamente me había sentido un poco cansada, débil y sin tanto ánimos, además que empezar desde cero luego de haber tenido mucho tiempo practicandolo tiene sus consecuencias jaja, todo a su tiempo. We really liked the place because it has 3 environments, you can choose classes indoors or outdoors because it has a roofed space where you can sign up the days of the class and make your wod there. Besides that, we had a trial class that we really liked, the dynamic was very similar to the one used by our previous Venezuelan coaches and the people were very friendly and welcoming.
I'm very excited to have resumed this sport and I hope to improve my physical condition because lately I had been feeling a little tired, weak and without much encouragement, plus starting from scratch after having had a long time practicing it has its consequences haha, all in good time.
