Hola amigo de #fulldeportes estaba un poco desactivada pues me toco guardar reposo por un tiempito, pero ya estoy aquí con ustedes para alcanzar la vida saludable que queremos, les cuento que ya he bajado 4 tallas desde que comencé a entrenar físicamente, me siento súper feliz por qué gracias a la constancia se va viendo el resultado y se que lo mejor está por venir 🎉. Para celebrar hoy traigo una rutina para embellecer nuestro abdomen y glúteos, es una rutina sin impacto y tampoco requiere de material. Solo necesitamos las ganas, la actitud y la concentración en aquellos músculos que vamos trabajando para así consiguir un trabajo efectivo que nos ayude a desarrollar un abdomen y glúteos fuertes y bonitos.
