A wise man once said, If you can think, you can thank!
In the spirit of reflecting and looking back at my 3-months journey thus far on Hive, I would be sharing this post as an expression of gratitude and celebration of my feats in 2021.
Beyond the roller coaster of emotions I experienced in 2021, I can admit that Hive was one of the best things that happened to me. I am not really a social media person but Hive spurred an interest in me to engage with the platform and I have been nothing but gratitude for the experience so far.

I wanted to beat myself for not achieving a couple of things I had set as goals and worked towards in 2021 but immediately my mind took me to Hive. I looked through my blog and realized how blessed my journey has been and I could not help but get really emotional about it.
Please note that this post is not to brag or show off but to share my private wins on Hive thus far and appreciate the people who facilitated them.

Hiveopenmic community honoured me as a Spotlight Artist on the openmic week #81 and invited me to pick the theme for week #86 - See post. I never expected it so soon but it happened and I was so excited. I was also honoured as a radiant gem on the openmic week #83 - See post. This meant so much to me and made my day when it happened. It was indeed a moment I relished.
My hivenaija post was featured on the Cross Culture Community. I remember receiving this notification on my phone and I started dancing on the road 😂.
For the first time, I emerged runner up for the ladiesofhive contest #56 - See post. It was a happy moment indeed.
My weekend post was featured by
on thoughtfuldailypost. This feature was an emotional one for me because I spoke about my dad's loss in my post.
