Hola queridos amigos, está vez le muestro una secuencia de un anillo con forma de ala de angel que tenia ganas de hacer y es muy sencillo, la verdad lo hice un poco intuitivamente pero más o menos ya verán el proceso.
Que use:
♥️ Alambre de cobre 1,2 mm
♥️ Pinza redonda de joyería
♥️ Lija 220, 360, 400
♥️ Mandril de anillos
♥️ Martillo
♥️ Motor de banco y mopa de tela junto a cera de pulir
PROCESO
Agarré la pinza de punta redonda e hice una espiral en una de las puntas.
A una distancia relativa que se considera se hace el doblez usando la misma pinza.
Para hacer la forma curvas de la parte abajo de las alas seguimos usando la misma pinza redonda, vamos moldeando con curvas, en el doblez de la punta del ala se presiona fuerte con la misma pinza.
Me probé el anillo en la mano y le hice el corte al final del alambre donde senti que tenia un buen tamaño, con la misma pinza hice un redondito para que no vaya a molestar el anillo, así también tengo una idea de cómo va a quedar o qué pasos después debo seguir para mejorar el anillo.
Usamos ahora el mandril de anillo para darle la forma del aro y que quede redondo, pero antes que se me olvidó comentar soldé la las alas para que no se deformara con el uso solo un toque de soldadura.
En el mismo mandril luego con el martillo fui dándole forma a las alas para darle otra estetica mas interesante, despues se le pasa lija numero 220, 360 y 400, para que la suoerdicie del anillo quede al pulir con brillo.
El proceso de pulir lo realice en el motor de.vanvo con las mopas o discos de de tela, usando cera para joyeria, en la foto pueden ver el resultado.

I grabbed the round nose pliers and made a spiral on one of the ends.
At a relative distance that is considered, the fold is made using the same clamp.
To make the curved shape of the lower part of the wings we continue using the same round tweezers, we mold with curves, in the fold of the tip of the wing we press hard with the same tweezers.
I tried the ring on my hand and made the cut at the end of the wire where I felt it was a good size. With the same tweezers I made a small round shape so that it wouldn't disturb the ring, so I also have an idea of how it will look. or what next steps I should take to improve the ring.
We now use the ring mandrel to shape the ring so that it is round, but before I forgot to mention it, I soldered the wings so that they would not deform with use, just a touch of solder.
On the same mandrel, then with the hammer I shaped the wings to give it another more interesting aesthetic, then sandpaper number 220, 360 and 400 was applied, so that the quality of the ring remained shiny when polished.
I carried out the polishing process in the vanvo motor with mops or cloth discs, using jewelry wax, in the photo you can see the result.
