Hello, community and dear friends greetings, and have a nice weekend. Here I do make my regular morning drink of carrot juice which is very good for the digestive system and for eye health.
As well as energy and fitness It is my experience. Simple nutritious and tasty.
2 carrots
1 pinch of salt/glass
1 pinch of black pepper/glass
1 tsp grated frozen lemon/glass
Grating carrots
Blending fine paste using 1 cup of water in a mixer.
Pouring carrot paste into the cheesecloth.
Squeeze out the juice and collect the juice in the mug.
Adding salt and pepper to the juice, it is for 2 glasses.
adding grated frozen lemon with peels and seeds.
And here is my healthy carrot juice ready have been drinking for around 3 years and feel energetic and fresh every day.
