Let's introduce the fruit, in Bangladesh we usually know this fruit as Jamrul or (Pineal fruit). The scientific name of this fruit is Syzygium samarangense,but we know this fruit as Champoo in English. I always like to bring new recipes to you. Jamrul is my A favorite fruit, although this fruit is in drinkable form, red jamrul is usually very tasty to eat.Let us present the amazing juice recipe to everyone.
Jamrul is one of my favorite fruits.I feel it is very important to tell you about the qualities of this favorite fruit.Although it is less known than litchi,Jamrul is usually one of the seasonal fruits.Desi is also popular as a fruit among children. But we ate this fruit from the tree when we were young.Jamrul fruit juice is generally very beneficial for brain and liver.Flowers and seeds are very beneficial for diarrhea and fever.The juice of this sweet and juicy fruit relieves pain. This fruit is effective in controlling blood pressure.Rose apple helps in digestion. It plays a very important role for the skin. Let us eat more seasonal fruits
Equipment:-
- Water 160 Ml
- Salt approximately
- Bit of salt
- Sugar 80 grams
- Small beehive honey 4 Tbsp
- Jamrul (Pineal fruit) 280 grams
Step by step making plan
First I have taken all the necessary hands-on and then I am trying to show you the jamrul shots with selfies.
As you can see I have cut the Jamrul into nice size.
Here you can see the scene of cutting Jamrul with green chillies. I have also shown a selfie. Here I have washed the blender jug well, added jamrool to the blender jug and added the green chillies.
Here I have added generous amount of beet salt, which above all brings out an incomparable flavor in the juice.
Here I have given quantity of salt, which after all salty taste follows thirst in human body.
Here I add four tablespoons of raw bee honey.I gave 80 grams of sugar. I gave 160 grams of water.Here I have attached the blender jug lid.
Here I have given a selfie with blender jug.Also put the blender jug in the blender.I gave electrical connection.
Here I have blended well.Given a selfie of all the ingredients for ease of blending.As you can see it looks great in smoothie form.Then I removed the filter.
Here you can see me showing the filtering process nicely.
