Precisely the morning before doing activities, I started preparing breakfast in the kitchen. As usual I always prepare heavy food at the same time for the afternoon. Now while preparing heavy meals such as cooking rice, I immediately rushed to prepare breakfast for me. Smoothie bowls are the best choice when my busy day starts coming. I always want to prepare something easy in the morning, not just easy. A bowl that is nutritious and also has high fiber will make something taste better for the body. The combination of mango and oatmeal is one of the dishes I chose. I didn't add any artificial sweetener this time, just adding dates would be great for the bowl this time.
Breakfast with fruit and oatmeal creations is indeed the perfect combination for today. Enjoying a fresh fruit smoothie with oatmeal is the perfect way to start and it is a my mood booster. At first, I was hesitant to prepare a healthy breakfast with fruit, but it was clearly a bad taste in my life. However, after starting the day with a healthy breakfast of fruit and oatmeal it is really impressive. They are also very tasty, not much different from my habit of eating heavy food for breakfast. Materials Used
The ingredients used in making these smoothies are quite simple. Tree ripe mangoes, and oatmeal are the main ingredients I use. I use dates instead of sugar to achieve the perfect sweetness. But if you feel enough with sweet mangoes, you can skip using dates in this composition. As for the composition of the ingredients I use, here's a look!

Preparatory Steps
Step 1
Peel and wash the mango then cut the mango according to taste, so here I only took half of the mango.
Step 2
Discard the date seeds, then prepare the oatmeal and blender.
Step 3
Put the mangoes, and also the dates into the blender.
Step 4
Then I added oatmeal, here I added 4 tablespoons of oatmeal, if you want more you can add the composition.
Step 5
Add water, then blend until all ingredients are smooth.

Pour in a bowl, then add the chia seed topping, chopped mango dates and a sprinkling of oatmeal.
