In some of my posts, of course you have seen me using grass jelly to mix various drinks that I can, and this time, I'm doing it again, but this time I make grass jelly as the main ingredient, with a mixture of young coconut, let's just start this discussion
MAIN INGREDIENTS
- 1 young coconut
- 100gr black cincau
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- a teaspoon basil seeds
- red syrup
- ice cubes
- 30gr condensed milk
Well, we will use only a few ingredients, and the way to make it is also very practical, we just need to mix all the ingredients by following the steps as follows

As usual, if the basil seeds are included in the material that we will use, then the first step is to soak them first, so that the basil seeds can expand perfectly and we can also do other things.
After that, grate the grass jelly in an elongated shape to make it look more attractive, like I did above, but if you don't like it, you can also cut the grass jelly in dice or whatever shape you want

Next, split the young coconut and just take the meat, we don't need young coconut water for this drink, just dredge the meat in an elongated shape and after that, prepare a container for us to mix this drink

The third step, we have started mixing all the ingredients, and starting with adding ice cubes first, giving ice cubes according to your taste, then pouring all the grass jelly that we have grated into a container (glass)

Next, dissolve the powdered milk using 20ml of warm water, stir until smooth, then pour the milk into a glass, you can also replace it with liquid milk, or coconut milk if you don't have powdered milk, the taste won't be much different, only the color will be slightly influential

Next, add the young coconut meat slowly, so that it looks a bit beautiful to look at, and after that, give it red syrup according to your taste, if you don't like syrup, then you can also replace it with sugar, with only one tablespoon, it tastes will stay the same
Final steps
Finally, add the sweetened condensed milk that we have prepared, after that add all the basil seeds that have expanded, so that everything is done here, it's very easy isn't it?
The color that is produced from this drink is indeed different from some of the drinks that I have shared here, that is the influence of the black color in grass jelly, but for the taste, this drink is not inferior at all, you will know the answer after trying it later, and the following is the end result of a drink that I named young coconut grass jelly ice
FINAL RESULTS
How about it, are you interested in trying it, the ingredients might be difficult for you to find in some parts of the country, I can easily find black grass jelly here, but you can also replace it with regular jelly if you don't have the grass jelly, the reason I chose grass jelly is me like the soft taste, and also the many benefits contained in it, because grass jelly comes from plants that are good for health
To enjoy this drink, all you have to do is stir all the ingredients well, the color will turn pink and you can clearly see the freshness in the grass jelly, the sweet taste of young coconut is also very pronounced, because I always use coconuts that I just picked, that's the advantage of having own coconut garden
