Today is a beautiful and bright day, but not at all enjoyable because the temperature of the sun is very high and the atmosphere is quite hot. So excess heat is by no means enjoyable in a populous country like ours. Today's environment feels quite unbearable, it is not possible to go outside today.
Today I am going to share a recipe that is so beautiful and delicious, the recipe means the best summer refreshment drinks. I try to eat our native fruits a little more in summer season, because there is no alternative to native seasonal fruits to maintain physical fitness in summer season.
A lot of fruits are available in this season in our country and all of them are very juicy. One of them is Muskmelon, although in our country we call them as Futi. Despite the name, they contain a lot of nutrients and water content, which is very beneficial for our body. This is why the fruits of this season are called the best summer refreshment.
Their juice tastes really good, especially if you come out sweating in the heat and drink a glass of cold Muskmelon juice, you will instantly feel a different kind of coolness. Hope you like today's recipe too.
Required Materials-
- Muskmelon 200 grams
- Jaggery 150 grams
- Brown salt 1/2 tsp
- White salt 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 glass of water
- Ice cube as needed
- Mint leaves as needed
Preparation phase-
First I cut the Muskmelon into small slices, making the slices a little thinner for a quick blender.
Then I took a blender jug and put Muskmelon slices, jaggery, brown salt, white salt, mint leaves in it.
Then I gave water, some ice. Then I blended them together.
Checked after blending and then poured into a glass to serve. Here are two glasses of juice.
Ready-to-serve Flavored Muskmelon Juice. A glass of Muskmelon juice can be truly refreshing to soothe the tiredness of the day and the heat of the sun.
