Friends, Happy Thursday everyone.
Today was pretty bad for me, maybe good for some. Because on the way to office in the morning it rained quite a lot. In fact, if it rains in the morning, the suffering of the people of our city increases a little, because the pressure of people going to the office in the morning is comparatively a little higher. And when it rains, it causes traffic jams.
But since it rained well in the morning, the sky was cloudy all day today. That's why the level of heat was not very high but since it is summer now, there was an effect of heat on the environment. And the extra water demand and physical weakness during the hot season just makes us weak.
For this reason I am a bit more dependent on seasonal fruits and try to drink more fruit juices to maintain my physical condition. No I will not present the nutritional content here because more or less everyone knows it, but maybe not everyone drinks it regularly to maintain their proper posture.
Recipe Ingredients-
- 2 lemons
- Jaggery 100 grams
- Brown salt 1 teaspoon
- Ice cubes as per demand
- 1 glass of water
- Mint leaves as required.
Recipe preparation phase-
First I took a bowl and poured jaggery into it and added a glass of water and brown salt.
Then I mixed them, then took the lemon juice and added some more lemon slices.
Then poured them back into the glass, added ice cubes and chopped mint leaves, a lemon slice on top of the glass for added beauty.
Then before serving I added mint leaves on the side to make it look interesting. I have made two glasses of juice from two lemons here to get the perfect taste.
