I assure you that it looks great, that's why I have come to share this delicious drink that I'm sure more than one will love.

Sin embargo, dependiendo de como los mezclemos podemos obtener algunas variaciones de sabor que creo vale la pena experimentar, por ejemplo, no es igual hacer un zumo de sandía y exprimir un poco de jugo de limón, aunque esto es delicioso, que preparar la bebida de la forma como la he preparado esta vez, licuando todo, hasta la cáscara del limón... Te aseguro que queda genial, por tal motivo he venido a compartir esta bebida deliciosa que estoy segura encantará a más de uno.

Ingredients for a large glass:

• 1 Chunk of watermelon to taste, (since I don't have one to weigh, I have placed the picture of the watermelon in my hand so you can get an idea).
• 1/4 cup of small watermelon cubes.
• 1 lemon, preferably organic.
• 1 tablespoon of sugar.
• 3/4 cup of very cold water.

Ingredientes para un vaso grande:

• 1 Trozo de sandía a gusto, (como no tengo para pesar, he colocado la foto de la sandía en mi mano para que puedas darte una idea).
• 1/4 de Taza de pequeños cubitos de sandía.
• 1 Limón, de preferencia orgánico.
• 1 Cucharada de azúcar.
• 3/4 Vaso de agua bien frío.

Preparation:

The first thing I did was to soak the lemon in a little water with vinegar, keeping in mind that I am going to blend it with the peel. Meanwhile, I prepared the watermelon juice, cut it into pieces and added it to the blender glass together with the water. I blended, strained and set aside.

Lo primero que hice fue remojar el limón en un poco de agua con vinagre, teniendo en cuenta que lo voy licuar con la concha. Mientras, preparé el jugo de sandía, la corté en trozos y la agregué al vaso de la licuado junto con el agua. Licué, colé y reservé

I cut off the ends of the lemon and cut it first into 4 pieces, then cut each one in half, obtaining 8 in total. It is important to remove the whitish membrane inside and the seeds, as this is what makes the drink bitter.

Le corté los extremos al limón y lo corté primero en 4 trozos, luego corté cada uno por la mitad, obteniendo 8 en total. Es importante retirarle la membrana blanquecina que tiene por dentro y las semillas, ya que esto es lo que amarga la bebida.

I rinsed the blender cup to remove watermelon seed residue and poured the juice in it, added the sugar and let it blend well. Then I added the lemon pieces and blended for 10 seconds with 1 pause at the fifth second, the idea is not to have a timer but to keep in mind that you blend for a short time because it is not about crushing the lemon. Finally it is strained.

Enjuagué el vaso de la licuadora para eliminar residuos de semillas de sandía y vertí el jugo en él, agregué el azúcar y dejé que se mezclara bien. Luego agregué los trozos de limón y licué por 10 segundos con 1 pausa al quinto segundo, la idea no es tener un cronómetro sino tener presente que se licua por poco tiempo porque no se trata de triturar el limón. Finalmente se cuela.

To serve, I added the watermelon pieces in my glass and then the juice, but of course you can do it the other way around.🤭

Para servir, agregué los trocitos de sandía en mi vaso y luego el jugo, pero claro que se puede hacer a la inversa. 🤭
