Long before today I got a visit to my friend’s place. Actually her mom invited me to taste her homemade yummy dishes as she is a great cook. Aunty made a variety of delicious and most importantly uncommon deshi food for us. Among all of this one dish that I haven’t yet forgotten and whose taste is still I feel is “ Acrid small fish”. It has a tangy kinda taste but I just loved it. One of the main ingredients to prepare this recipe is “fresh green olive”. Today’s morning when I was having breakfast that thing came across my mind. So I told my mom to make this for me and she did it. I’ll be glad to share this with you so let’s get started. This is how it looks like
Ingredients
• Small freshwater fish ( swamp barb)
• Green olive
• Ginger paste
• Garlic paste
• Cumin paste
• Red chili powder
• Turmeric powder
• Coriander powder
• Salt
• Cooking oil
• Green chili
• Fresh coriander
Making process
First of all take a pan and put some cooking oil and let it heat. Put a cup of sliced onion into it and cook until it turns golden brown.
