Hi guys! How are you all? I hope you’re all doing very well. Alhamdulillah, I’m also doing great. Today, I’m here with a special Ramadan recipe that’s even more delicious and exciting. It’s crispy, yummy, and spicy and it tastes absolutely amazing! So, let’s get started and I’ll share the recipe with you all.🌯🫔
Ingredients:🌯🫔😋
1.Chicken breast pieces,
2.Potato,
3.Tomato,
4.Capsicums,
5.Ginger paste,
6.Garlic paste,
7.Onion paste,
8.Salt,
9.Turmeric powder,
10.Red chili powder,
11.Cumin powder,
12.Coriander powder,
13.Fresh coriander leaves,
14.Flour,
15.Soy sauce,
16.Tomato sauce,
17.Oregano.
Process : 😋🌯🫔
First, to prepare the filling for the roll, I neatly cut the chicken breast into small pieces. I also chopped the tomato, capsicum, and potato into small pieces.
Then I turned on the stove and heated a frying pan. Once it was hot, I added a suitable amount of oil.
After that, I added the chopped chicken, potato, tomato, and capsicum one by one. Then I added ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and fresh coriander leaves. Fry everything well over medium heat.
When all the ingredients are nicely cooked and well fried, add a little soy sauce and tomato sauce. Mix everything well, and the filling will be ready.
Now boil the flour dough and knead it well. Then, just like making roti, prepare the flatbread in the usual way. After that, place the prepared filling in the center in an appropriate amount. Shape it as you like. Since this is a chicken roll, I shaped it like a roll. 💛🌯
If you store them in an airtight box in the deep freezer, they will stay good for many months.
Here, I have fried a few rolls. Just fry them lightly in a little oil, and your yummy, crispy chicken rolls will be ready. 😋🌯🫔
