Today i am here with a bryani recipe. To prepare this recipe, add yogurt, fried onion, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger and garlic paste to a large bowl of chicken. Mix all the ingredients well and let the chicken beat for about 2 hours. When the chicken is ready, add hot spices.
Once the chicken mark is ready, melt the ghee in a pot over medium heat. When the ghee is melted, add the marinated chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes. After that, add water and cook the chicken on low to medium heat. Once the chicken is cooked, put the lid on the pot.
Now add 70% cooked basmati rice. On top of the rice layer, add brown or fried onion, ghee and saffron water (2 tablespoons water soaked saffron) and a little water.
Quickly knead the dough with wheat flour and seal the pot with this flour, and then cover it with a lid. Seal the Hindi and leave the biryani for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
Some Making tips.
When making chicken dum biryani, make sure that it is tight to the air, otherwise the biryani will not taste good.
You can also put parchment paper on top of the dough, and then cover the lid. This will help you get the perfect Dum Biryani.
Marinate the chicken for 1-2 hours for juicy meat.
To make sure the meat is not unclean, you can wash the meat in warm water with a pinch of salt.

3 green cardamom
2 clove

1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 cup hung curd
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
0 water as required
1 tablespoon ghee.
