Btw, the purple colored ones are commonly available in my city and I was wondering what orangish ones look like. lol! It would have been better if you had shared photos of both varieties :)
In my experience, even those purple colored ones tastes sweeter when I bake them in my air-fryer oven compared to steaming them.
