I’ve been trying to get in shape and a big part of that is making some adjustments in my diet and daily routine. It is very easy to get caught up in the daily grind so much do that we forget to take care of ourselves. I have been more deliberate about what and how I eat for the past 2-3 weeks.Thanks to the wellbeing club , I’ve gained a level of consistency that I hope to build upon and hopefully hit my desired weight goal. I’ll let Macka B say it for me , “Health is wealth.” I haven’t gone ital yet but I’m leaning towards a more vegetarian diet initially at dinner time and hopefully by the end of the year it will be a smooth transition or I would have achieved a nice balance.
