Back to Portugal and Praia Azul!
Some time ago I shared already a photo series from this place focused on the rocks and cliffs. (I hope you remember it and in case not here the link) : @ladytruckview/rocky-coastline-in-portugal-av
Today I’d like to show you something different on that place – the plants that grow right by the beach.
These pictures were taken at sunrise, when the light was soft and golden. It gently lit up the coastal vegetation and made everything look warm and peaceful. I always enjoy walking through these sandy paths in the early morning, when no one is around and the world feels quiet. This is the perfect time to takę somę nice pictures.
The area around Praia Azul is full of wild grasses, succulents and beach plants that are perfectly adapted to the salty wind and dry soil. Some of them grow low, hugging the sand. Others climb over the rocks or form colorful patches in the dunes.
Praia Azul may not be the most famous beach in Portugal but that’s exactly why I like it so much. It feels natural and raw, without crowds or noise – just ocean, wind and wild beauty. The kind of place that quietly stays in your memory long after you leave. I spent there 3 days on my route and this was a really nice time! Hope to come back there some day again.....
