I had a lot of work on today but some of it was practical so I tried to maximize movement in my workshop. I did a bit of sanding up my latest skateboard make project between jobs on the computer.
When I got home, I made use of my makeshift home gym to get some strength training done and followed that with a walk around the block.
I had some new kit to try today as friends gave me a new top and some arm cooling sleeves. It always feels good to train in new kit and I am grateful to have such kind friends.
Not the most amazing training day but something is better than nothing and consistency is key to long term success.
