!. Ya he mencionado anteriormente que comencé a trotar más seguido para mantener buena oxigenación en mis músculos a parte de esto comencé a trotar ya que hace un tiempo sufrí de una enfermedad en los pulmones y me costó mucho recuperarme pero ya he mejorado y ahora con los trotes seguidos vamos mejorando, en esta oportunidad muestro algunas fotografías de mi recorrido en una plaza que queda cerca de donde vivo.
