Pull-ups to raise the heat rate.
Progress is slow but it is constant when one is consistent with the grind. That's what I'm finding out.
Rest day tomorrow. So I'm having a few beers tonight. I had a good sleep last night. So good that I'm tired from the but I'm ok with a few drinks.
Wonder how many beers I'll end up drinking tonight lol.
The constant pull off just stepping backwards is so strong that sometimes my disciplined approach fails. I just hope I'm also learning from it.
