Shoulders for boulders day.
Along wroth my usual routines I added cable shoulder flies. It was an addition to everything else so only used low weights of two and a half kilos.
My Arnold presses almost killed me. I started it standing up. Bad mistake especially when I increased it to twelve kilos dumbbells.
I felt my back buckle. Need more practise.
My sleep pattern is a shocker. Circadian cycle is very unstable.
Also needs work.
