Good evening people of #actifit I share with you my progresode today an image of the city where I live I hope you like it.
Today apart from the daily tasks such as taking the dog out, walking, shopping I did a routine of Thursday routine because the only variation I do is to train the week followed rested Saturday and Sunday as opposed to as shown in the image.
For people who don't know spanish please let me know in the comments and I will gladly translate it to english, also if you don't know any of the exercises or their execution with the proper technique leave me a comment and in my next post I will explain them with a video.
Today in the gym I did the wil plank as a series of activation and warm up of the upper body and I finished my routine with two series of Sand's pushups to work a little more the shoulders.
As I had a busy day today and the gym was very crowded I couldn't take a picture or video of the exercises so I'll leave it up to you, tomorrow I'll upload pictures of the exercises, thanks for reading and have a good night.

El dia de hoy aparte de las a tareas diarias como sacar la perra, caminar, hacer compras hice una rutina de rutina del dia jueves porque la unica variacion que hago es entrenar la semana seguido descansado sabado y domigo a diferencia de como se muestra en la imagen
Para gente que no sabe español me lo puden hacer saber en los cometarios y con gusto la traducire al ingles, tambien si no conocen alguno de los ejecicos o su ejecucion con la tecnica adecuada me dejan un cometario y en mis proximos post los explicare con un video.
Hoy en el gym realice la plancha de wil como serie de activacion y calentamiento del tren superior y finalice mi rutina con dos serie de los pushups de Sand para trabajar un poco mas lo hombros.
Como hoy tube un dia muy ocupado y gym estaba muy lleno no pude tomar foto ni video de los ejercicos asi que se los quedare debiendo, mañana si subire fotos realizando los ejecicios muchas gricias por leer y buena noche.
