Today I am on holiday with my family visiting my parents in the south of France. It was quite a relaxing day. A lot of eating and drinking. More of that to come in the next few days as more family are coming here.
We haven't all met up together since before Covid. That's the trouble in the modern world where everybody disappears off to live in remote far away places.
I did go for a walk in the evening to burn off a few calories. Somehow I still managed to get my 10k steps in.
