Been a while since I've posted one of these.
Majority of the steps was walking around campus today in between classes. But here is how my Monday went:
5am wake up.
6am leave for classes.
8am arrive at campus.
9am Torts.
10:30am Contracts.
Lunch at 12.
Then back day at 1:30.
So here's what went down at the gym:
20 minute warmup.
Deadlifts: 5 sets of 6reps with 235lbs. It was my first day doing deadlifts in soooo long. Felt great.
Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 8 reps with 150lbs.
Cable row: 3 sets of 12 reps with 120lbs.
Preacher curl: 4 sets of 12 reps with 80lbs.
Incline dumbbell curls: 2 sets of 8 reps with 25lbs
I superset this with
Cross body hammercurls: 2 sets of 8 reps with 25lb dumbbells.
I then showered and went to my 5:30pm legal methods class.
Leave campus at 6:45pm
Get home at 8pm.
