Wczoraj, za namową żony i córki pojechaliśmy do uroczego niderlandzkiego miasteczka Roermond. Niestety na zwiedzanie miasteczka mieliśmy nie wiele czasu, bo główną atrakcją tej "wycieczki" był Designer Outlet Roermond. Jeden z największych outletów w Europie. Myślę, że jest podobnej wielkości co Designer Outlet Serravalle, w którym byliśmy z córką dwa lata temu, tylko, że we Serravalle byliśmy w środku tygodnia. Natomiast w Roermond w sobotę długiego weekendu nie był najlepszą decyzją. Wszędzie tłumy, kolejki żeby wejść do sklepu, kolejki do przymierzalni i kolejki do kasy. Gdzie tu kryzys i inflacja?

[ENG] Yesterday, at my wife's and daughter's insistence, we went to the lovely Dutch town of Roermond. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to explore the city, as the main attraction of this 'trip' was the Designer Outlet Roermond. It is one of the largest outlet stores in Europe. It is similar in size to the Designer Outlet Serravalle, where my daughter and I were two years ago, only that we were in the middle of the week in Serravalle. Unlike Roermond, there were better decisions than Saturday on the long weekend. Crowds everywhere, queues to enter the shop, lines to go to the fitting rooms and queues to checkout. Where's the crisis and inflation here?

Po udanych zakupach poszliśmy na chwilę do centrum miasteczka na obiad, przy okazji na krótki spacer po miasteczku. Następnym razem może będzie okazja do dłuższego spaceru, bo miasteczko jest ładne i ciekawe.

[ENG] After a successful shopping trip, we went to the town centre for lunch for a while, taking the opportunity for a short walk around the town. Next time there may be an opportunity for a longer walk, as the city is nice and exciting.

W drodze powrotnej do domu zahaczyliśmy jeszcze o Akwizgran, ale była to krótka wizyta, bo przed nami jeszcze półtorej godziny jazdy do Mons.

[ENG] On the way home, we stopped by Aachen, but it was a short visit as we still had an hour-and-a-half drive to Mons.
