Wybrałem się do Ghlin, kolejnej dzielnicy Mons położonej na północy-zachód od centrum. Podobnie jak odwiedzone dzień wcześniej Jemappes, Ghlin do połowy lat 70. XX wieku również był samodzielnym miasteczkiem. Dominuje zabudowa jednorodzinna i gospodarstwa rolne. Tych ostatnich jest już coraz mniej.

Była to okazja do kolekcjonowania kilometrów w aplikacji wandrer.earth. Jak zwykle odkryłem kilka niedoskonałości, na przykład wzdłuż Chaussee de Mons są trzy ślady do odkrycia. Dwa z nich rozumie, bo są to dwie strony jezdni, ale ten trzeci pośrodku to jest zagadka. Żeby "zebrać" te kilometry musiałbym spacerować środkiem ruchliwej drogi.
