Ostatni dzień w Maladze, po opuszczeniu hotelu około 10 mieliśmy ponad siedem godzin na szwendanie się po mieście, ponieważ samolot do Brukseli mieliśmy po 20. Bagaże zostawiliśmy w przechowalni na dworcu autobusowym i ruszyliśmy na spacer wzdłuż morza, tym razem w stronę zachodnią, gdzie przez kilka kilometrów rozciągają się plaże San Andreas. Spokojnie i niespiesznie pokonywaliśmy kolejne kilometry, cieszyła nas ta beztroska nad morze. Na szczęście w porę zorientowaliśmy się, że trzeba wracać, bo pewnie doszlibyśmy do Torremolinos, popularnej nadmorskiej miejscowości na Costa del Sol.

[ENG] After returning to the centre, we decided to take one last tour. The bullfighting arena La Malagueta, dating back to the 19th century, houses a museum dedicated to the long tradition of the corrida. A tour through the nooks and crannies of the facility gives a better understanding of this not-so-human attraction. The bullfight in La Malagueta takes place in August and still attracts thousands of spectators, eager to admire the artistry of the bullfighters in the uneven fight with the bulls.On our last day in Malaga, after leaving the hotel around 10 a.m., we had more than seven hours to wander around the city, since our flight to Brussels was after 8 p.m. We left our luggage in the storage room at the bus station and set off for a walk along the sea, this time towards the west, where the beaches of San Andreas stretch for several kilometres. Calmly and unhurriedly we covered the next kilometres, enjoying this carefree seaside. Fortunately, we realised in time that we had to go back or we would probably have reached Torremolinos, a popular seaside town on the Costa del Sol.

Po powrocie do centrum zdecydowaliśmy się na ostatnie zwiedzanie. Arena walk byków La Malagueta z XIX wieku mieści w sobie muzeum poświęcone długiej tradycji korridy. Zwiedzanie zakamarków obiektu pozwala lepiej zrozumieć tą mało humanitarną atrakcję. Walki byków na La Malagueta odbywają się w sierpniu, wciąż przyciągają tysiące widzów, chętnych podziwiać kunszt torreadorów w nierównej walce z bykami.

Ostatnie chwile w Maladze spędziliśmy, włócząc się po starym mieście. W piątkowe popołudnie uliczki szybko zapełniały się turystami, wielu z nich dopiero przyleciało do Malagi, a my ze smutkiem musieliśmy już opuszczać słoneczną Andaluzję.

[ENG] We spent our last moments in Malaga wandering around the old town. On Friday afternoon, the streets were quickly filling up with tourists, many of whom had only just arrived in Malaga, and we were sad to have to leave sunny Andalusia already.
