Hey 👋😊 everyone don't miss this post welcome to another actifit report. Yesterday was a great day because it's food tasting day haha.
Before we start work cup of heavenly latte can't forget about that!
First up is Tuna Cerviche the tuna is only seared basically it's half cooked or medium if you refer it as a steak. Taste fresh and just so smooth in your mouth with every bite. There's a type of corn 🌽 they put inside but I forgot the name that's the only crunchy part of the meal.
Next is Carpaccio. This is something like sashimi fresh sliced salmon from the color I think they infused it with beetroot. Same thing everything is smooth and fresh to the taste amazing a bit on the sweet side which is perfect.
Dynamite shrimp 🦐🍤 crunchy and bit spicy on the outside soft in the inside perfect shrimp 🍤
California Maki everything is cooked to perfection and everything is weighted to the exact grams unfortunately I can't remember the taste haha but I do remember the taste of the homemade orange 🍊 caviar it's just good what else to say.
Dragon 🐲🐉 Roll crunchy, spicy and full of flavour just amazing delicious.
After a long day from work went out to relax.
