Corniche beach 🏖️ area
Today I suddenly had an idea I wanna see how fast I can get to 10k activity it took me 2 hours plus to get to 10k I thought it was easy but to get to 5k was easy the moment I reach 7300 I just lie down on the yoga area to catch my breath haha 🤣
It's really hot 🔥 outside if it wasn't so hot I wanna make it to 20k because I never did 20k before the highest I got is 15k so far.
This is the start of my journey 💕 passing through Sheraton hotel 🏨
Behind Sheraton hotel 🏨 is the bustop 🚌🚏area I love this tree 🌲
After the bustop 🚏🚌 you will see family park area ⛲🌳🏞️
I know hard to believe I'm in the middle of the desert 🏜️🌵🏝️ but they have trees 🎄🌲 all over the city it is amazing the soil and the water 💦 they brought in is amazing indeed.
Look at the purple flowers 🌺🌸🌷 on the bottom left beautiful.
Start to get sun ☀️ burn huhu should have gone out a bit later 🤣

Yoga area 🧘🧘♀️🧘♂️🕉️ they said used to be equipments laying around for yoga but after the covid they said they took all away sad huh beautiful place to do yoga too which I did on the floor crack my back a bit sigh.

Can see the building 🏢 through the trees 🌲🎄
Heat 🔥 was too hot for me so I had to walk around in the yoga area to reduce the body heat 🔥
Lie down for a bit to cool down the body then I finish up on my 10k activity yeah! Gonna try to push further tomorrow without the sun ☀️🌞 of course 🤣
When I went home did another 50 rep bicep curls each arms and 30 reps back whatever the name is I forgot lol dumbell weight is 15kg each total 30kg.
