I may have never posted here in Actifit, but it seems to be an active community of people doing fitness related things.
Just me looking like a cartoon in this picture, not trying to get to graphic with my bathroom selfie pic lol. Im a work on progress as we all are. Ive been doing basic, mild workouts for past year or so, and have been on and off for many years. Id like to bring my workouts to the next level and do more sets, and eventually develop into a gym workout, as i havent actually setup a gym membership for a while.
And was time to trim up my hair as well.
GET THOSE SETS IN
Starting off with some pushup, on my curl bar.
Also doing a shoulder press basically. Same old workouts ive been doing for a while, but this is what i have at home.
Taking a break, but gotta go do another set now.
KEEP ROCKIN
And its time to chill, because i have work tonight, so lets do what we gotta do. The markets are firing up, even though Hive price is little stagnant though. Cool to see U.S markets moving, and cool to see Bitcoin raging, but since im on a mission, i cant let it phase me. Paying off debts, improving my health, and getting a new home, are my main missions. But getting this 3rd post up in the past week is keeping my Hive routine going.
