The most intense physical activity today was at home. I trained with the mobile app to do exercises at home. This was the routine I followed to train full body.

| 2 x 30 sec. | Cross Knee Plank |
| 14 rep. | Frog Pump |
| 20 rep. | Windshield Wipers |
| 2 x 14 rep. | Plie Squats |
| 2 x 12 rep. | Side Plank Knee Crunch Left |
| 2 x 12 rep. | Side Plank Knee Crunch Right |
| 2 x 14 rep. | Starfish Crunch |
| 14 rep. | Push-up & Rotation |
| 30 sec. | Plank |
| 30 sec. | Cobra Stretch |
| 30 sec. | Spine Lumbar Twist Stretch Left |
| 30 sec. | Spine Lumbar Twist Stretch Right |
And for Lower body train, I performed the following routine:

| 3 x 12 rep. | Side-lying Lift Left |
| 3 x 12 rep. | Side-lying Lift Right |
| 3 x 12 rep. | Backward Lunge |

| 2 x 10 rep. | Fire Hydrant Right |
| 30 sec. | Left Quad Stretch with Wall |
| 30 sec. | Right Quad Stretch with Wall |
| 30 sec. | Knee to Chest Stretch Left |
| 30 sec. | Knee to Chest Stretch Right |
