Hey everyone,
Today started super nice—I went on a 90-minute walk with my daughter this morning. The weather was perfect, really spring-like and refreshing. We covered about 6 kilometers, and it felt great to start the day with some movement and sunshine.
After that, it was off to work, and now I’m already back home, relaxing and watching football. My favorite German team is playing in the semi-final tonight, so I’m definitely hyped! Fingers crossed for a win!
Tomorrow it’s back to the gym, and I’m really hoping for another amazing training session like the last one. I’ll definitely keep you all updated!
