My Actifit Report Card: July 20 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

At the exit to the balcony to water the plants I am greeted by wonderful shades of blue in the sky and a breath of
an annoying and hot wet wind. The temperature dropped by one two degrees but the humidity rose to the stars.

After lunch, it was time for my afternoon jogging session, which is still taking place today, regardless of the great heat that has tormented our days since time immemorial.

At a certain point, after a couple of laps of the race track, I took a break by visiting the social garden of the municipal park where I took a picture of this beautiful specimen of blue geranium.

I love being in the middle of nature and farming because it reminds me of my origins. Here I feel a bit at home and it is the ideal place to play the Iamalivechallenge 90. There are 10 more live episodes to my first centenary. We’ll celebrate it by the end of the month.
